Muscle Minded was founded by a husband and wife duo from Sydney, Australia, who know firsthand the challenges of balancing fitness, family, and recovery. With a busy life raising a toddler, we understand that finding time to move, train, and look after your body isn’t always easy.

Our journey started when the husband discovered fitness at age 33, a little later than most, but just in time to realise how much proper recovery matters. Sore calves, tight muscles, and slow recovery were part of the routine until we found simple tools that actually helped.
